Sizewell C is continuing to grow and evolve as an independent organisation, playing a key role in delivering one of the UK’s largest and most important energy projects. As part of this journey, we’re now looking to recruit for the following position:

 

Recruiter ( 12 month Fix Term)

 

Location: London (Hybrid, 3+ Days in Office)

The Opportunity

 We’re looking to engage an experienced recruiter with a strong track record in white-collar construction recruitment. The ideal individual will bring expertise in hiring across key disciplines including:

  • Commercial
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Supply Chain / Procurement

You’ll have proven experience supporting major projects within sectors such as:

  • Civils
  • Infrastructure
  • Construction

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll partner closely with Recruitment, HR, and Commercial hiring managers to deliver an outstanding, end-to-end recruitment experience.

 

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle – from initial briefing and attraction through to offer management and onboarding – ensuring a process that is efficient, compliant, and candidate-focused.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be managing multiple priorities and engaging with stakeholders at all levels – from HR colleagues to Project Directors

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing up to 30 live vacancies at any one time, delivering against tight timelines
  • Building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs across multiple business areas
  • Creating engaging and inclusive job adverts and using innovative sourcing strategies
  • Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct approaches
  • Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage
  • Using data and insights to track performance and continuously improve delivery
  • Supporting campaign hiring and assessment activity across the wider business

 


What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience recruiting within Commercial / Procurement in the Construction or Infrastructure sector
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Excellent direct sourcing capability and market mapping experience
  • A resilient, organised self-starter who thrives under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivery and problem-solving
